Sauna runs all day. Classes run most of the day on the hour. Come for one, stay for all.

Yoga & stretching with Ashleigh integrated into the end of the sound bath to warm up the body for Zumba!

Substance-Free

A wellness event. No alcohol, no substances — just the natural high.

Come Prepared

What to bring

Nothing complicated — a mat, a towel, and layers will cover you for the whole day.

For Yoga

Yoga mat
A blanket or something soft for your knees

For Sauna

1–2 towels — one to sit on, one for rinsing off
Swimsuit, or an extra set of shorts & bra top

Clothing

Layers you can take off and put back on
Comfy, stretchy clothes you feel good in
Fun props & accessories for dancing — always welcome

Snacks & Water

A reusable water bottle — there is water on site to refill
Food is not provided. Pack a lunch, or head down the street to find grub
